ABSTRACT
Nursing education stands at a pivotal point as healthcare systems worldwide undergo rapid transformation driven by technological advancement, demographic shifts, evolving disease patterns, and increasing expectations for quality and safety. By 2030, nursing education must move beyond traditional classroom -based instruction to embrace innovation, Interprofessional collaboration, digital literacy, and global health perspectives. This article presents a forward -looking vision of nursing education in 2030, emphasizing competency – based curricula, technology -enhanced learning, simulationbased training, research integration, leadership development and ethical practice. The vision highlights the need for nurse educators to prepare future nurses who are not only clinically competent but also compassionate leaders, critical thinkers, lifelong learners and advocates for patient centred care. Transforming nursing education is essential to meet the complex healthcare needs of society and to strengthen the nursing profession in the coming decade.
